Career management systems must maintain and develop a reasonable match between the individual and the organisation as the needs of both change in response to changing environmental circumstances and to internal developmental processes. Identifying the employee?s needs and assisting the employee to develop a career management plan.
Analysing is important and is done with organization, task, and the individual. Following the needs assessment, the individual development plan can be created to set goals. Learners need guidance either with training options or career guidance. Gain information about record keeping and the minimum requirements to do so. Guidelines of the evaluation process to follow to determine if the process was successful and identify shortcomings that can be corrected in future.
