Spreadsheets are surprisingly helpful when given mathematical problems are faced, in everyday life situations. The ribbon is a command bar that organises the features of an application into a series of tabs at the top of the application window known as the toolbar menus in Excel.

If your workbook contains a lot of content, it can sometimes be difficult to compare different sections. Excel includes additional options to make your workbooks easier to view and compare. Formulas in Excel are useful to perform various mathematical, statistical, and logical operations. You can type in a formula, or you can use Excel’s pre-set formulas called functions. Applying effects as borders and fill colours and different cell styles to a spreadsheet to improve the presentation of thereof.
