Early Childhood Development services means services intended to promote early childhood development; and are provided by a person, other than a child?s parents or caregiver, on a regular basis to children up to school-going age.
In social development, everyone knows that good intentions are simply not enough. This is where monitoring and evaluation studies come in, they aim to help development workers make the best choices, to improve programmes as they roll out, and estimate whether and how particular aims were achieved and whether this was better than other courses of action.
