Many workplaces rely on email to help employees stay connected and to communicate with clients. However, the law regarding email usage is sometimes confusing, and many companies lack a policy regarding how employees can and cannot use email in the workplace.

Email is an important method of business communication. Used properly, it is extremely efficient and effective and can transmit all kinds of electronic data.

Being able to make ourselves a bit more productive with our emails, making use of folders and to flag messages and not using the inbox as a to do list. This course will touch on the importance regarding the functions of an address book.
